Hello friends, just a quick note to let you know we hit the next milestone in making Battle Panda 4 a
reality.
Earlier this week we completed all the layouts for the issue 4.
Layouts are one of my favourite parts of making a comic book, I love the storytelling opportunities that we discover at this stage - it is the bedrock
for the next stages, getting this agreed means the pencils and inks that follow are very easy to sign off.
Again, you can see that Crystal is a master storyteller, the way in which she is able to glide the eye across the pages and the panel compositions is masterful.
We have new characters in issue 4 including the reveal of The Monster.
I won't actually share the concept art for The Monster as I want to keep that for issue 4.
But here are some more friend and foes who will be making their debut in issue 4.

This time around we are planning to get a lot more of the book complete before running the Kickstarter campaign.
Delaying the Kickstarter campaign till the book
is closer to completion is better for me and for you.
For you, it means you get your books so much quicker.
For me, I don't really feel fully comfortable until I have sent you your
book(s); this way I can reduce the time between the Kickstarter close and getting your books to you.
