How to have a side hustle but not have to live 'Hustle Culture'

Hi , if you have a side hustle do you have live by the maxims of 'Hustle Culture'?

I get bombarded with Hustle Culturalisms, they say things like, 'well if you want to have a break or spend time with your kids, then don't expect to the results you want' or 'don't expect get to where you want to get to'.

Hustle Culture can make you feel guilty for not constantly 'putting in 110%', 'for getting tired', or even (dare I say it) 'taking a day off'.

Over the years I have tried to distance myself from hustle culture, and pursue a more balanced approach where I can work my side hustle around my time with family and friends.

And so I took a day off - a total day off

Not just any day off, I went all out, went to a theme park and rode roller coaster after roller coaster - well in reality, stood in queue after queue, but did get five big coasters in.

I met some wonderful people in the queue for some of the rides - for the new community members I met in the queue yesterday, it was an absolute pleasure to meet you yesterday - I'm very happy to be sharing my adventure with you.

Apparently it didn't come home

I know I've been ending my email messages wishing England good luck in the Euros and in the final.

We didn't win in the end, but winning isn't everything... it's really the taking part that counts...

The team gave it a great effort and gave a good account of themselves, sometimes you just get beaten by the better team, well done Spain.
