I came to the top floor of this library, it's really clean, well lit and quiet (apart from my key tapping)

I found out from the printer that some of the panels are straying into the 'trim hazard zone'.  This is basically the part of the page that the printer may (or may not) cut the paper.  

Here's an example of what issues being in the trim hazard zone are.  

Out of this has actually come a few unforeseen benefits.

One of which is finding a new printing partner.  I have found a new printer who we are intending to get the books printed with.

I haven't yet sent the book to the new partner (we're aiming to do it next week), but I'm expecting the process with the new partner to be more streamlined and quicker, while landing at a similar price point.  

We also now have the printing press template downloaded from their website, which should help make subsequent comic book printing that much quicker.  

Had I have not gone through this long winded process, I may not have searched for the new printer.  

I learnt this recently, when we work in a group communication and logistics eats into the time we could produce something, the concept is we could all probably go faster alone - but - together in a good group we can go further.  

It may take a little longer, but over a medium amount of time, it's possible to take a more enriching journey and go further with the right group.   

I hope you have managed to find a supportive and talented team to be part of.

I have found recently that being part of a team of good people is itself a reward, I enjoy the company of the team, we are respectful and supportive of each other and have become friends outside of the project - and who doesn't like making new friends.
