Hey, some even more good news, Digitopia 2 launch imminent

Digitopia Launch page is pretty much ready, let's get you on board.

Hey , hope this email finds you well.

It seems the uncertainty and media coverage about the current situation doesn't let up.

To help take your mind of this I want to share some good news with you.

The team and I have been working so hard on the launch of the Digitopia 2 Kickstarter for you.

We're going to do this in two phases

Step 1:

Get on the Notify Launch list

You can understand that launching the next phase of the project amidst this COVID-19 pandemic is a huge risk.

So we're using the Kickstarter pre-launch sequence.

Essentially this means the more backers who pre-register their interest through the 'Notify Me on Launch' button*, the better we can gauge how successful the Kickstarter will be.

Step 2:

When we hit critical mass,

we launch,

you are the amongst the first to know

Once we hit critical mass we will launch.

As you know Kickstarter is a all or nothing platform - that means even if we miss by a small amount we won't get anything for our efforts.

Given all this uncertainty pre-launch seems to be the best way forward.

Why do you want to be one of the first to know when it launches?

We've specially crafted some very special rewards for you. Including some very limited 'your likeness in the book' rewards.

The likeness rewards were massively popular last time, we sold out of the likeness rewards within the first couple of days.

I'm expecting these likeness rewards will get sold very quickly this time round - please don't miss out.

Obviously I will drop you an email as soon as I launch, but the Kickstarter notify option will notify you as soon as the launch button is pressed.

My top priority will be to email all of you on my list first, but you can imagine there may be a few minutes delay.

When is the best time to launch the Kickstarter for issue 2 given the current COVID-19 situation?

I've given this so much thought over the past few weeks, I think the best thing to do is to just go for it.

The two date ranges I have in mind are either between 13th to 17th April or from the week commencing 23rd May.

I'm hoping this pre-launch sequence will tell us the answer and get you your book sooner.

Either way I will keep you up to date.
