With all the uncertainty and somewhat scary times we live in, I thought I'd share with you some good news about the project.

 

A few months back I got some great news that one of the characters from Digitopia would be cast as a one-off Lego character.  

 

Well we go the results, the character that was voted for received 50% of the vote!

 

 

 

I received the envelope a few days back, true to the always connected digital age we lived in, I recorded the opening of it and have posted it on my main blog.

In last week's email I wrote to let you know that we'll be delaying the launch of the Kickstarter for issue 2.  

 

We had originally pencilled in Friday 27th March for the Kickstarter launch.  

 

We decided as a team not to launch in March given the escalating COVID-19 situation that is going on globally.  

 

I just want to acknowledge the situation that is going on, I have heard of a few cases of people who I know who have been infected.  

 

I sent out a survey asking the group when is the best time to launch.  Thanks to all those who filled in the survey and for all the wonderful messages of support.

Knowing how you're feeling about backing Kickstarters in April will really help us know when the right time to launch is.
