Hi , so we're five days into 2019, how are those new year resolutions working out for you?

Quite a lot of people have asked me about what the first steps are to starting a blog, regardless of what your niche is, starting a blog is a very fun and rewarding thing to do.

I get asked this question so often, so I put it all down in my book 'Essential Web Analytics for Bloggers'.

the why you as a blogger need to know your analytics,
the mechanics- I go through all the steps you need to do to get Google Analytics installed and running on your blog - there's around 200 individual screen grabs to make sure you don't get lost
and then the what do I do with all these graphs - I make sure you don't get lost in all the data but show you how to harness all the data at your fingertips.
