Hey , so here we are at the end of another year.
If you're like me, you may have resolved not to make new year resolutions. In my experience resolutions that I make and hear other people making are all 'negative based'.
What is a 'negative based' resolution?
It's one where you say you won't do a certain thing, like not eating chocolate or junk food.
Instead of making resolutions, a few years back I started setting myself targets - SMART targets.
You may have heard of SMART targets, it essentially means Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Time Bound targets.
The change only takes a few seconds to do, but when done right, the effects will propel you to all your SMART goals and beyond.
