Hey ,
hope your week has been going well.
This year I've learnt so much about what it takes to make a comic book. At the start of the year I thought making a comic book was relatively simple, well simple compared to making animation.
One of the differences between making animation and making comic books relates to how you work individually versus when you have to lead a team.
It's a really different set of skills you need to master when you're leading a team versus when you're part of a project team.
So what's the first skill you need to develop?
In my latest blog post I go over the
first element that you need to master when leading a team - if you're leading a team or about to lead a team
this is where you need to start!
