Hey , just a quick message to say 'hi', we have a common friend, Simon Robbins, who recommended that I add you to our mailing list.

Simon and I have been working together on a web comic called 'Digitopia' for the past several months.  

I thought I'd drop you a quick hello email to introduce myself.  My name is Farhan, I'm the writer of the comic.  

I'm based in London, England (yes the country that gives you the wrong kind of entertainment in Ashes cricket - Simon does his best not to mention it:). 

Along with Simon and our other colleague Seb who is based in Buenos Aires, the three of us are collaborating to turn this comic book into reality.

Under each page is a blog post where someone from the team talks about the creation process - Simon wrote a great post on page 4 about the colouring processes and techniques he uses to colour the pages.

I'm really pleased you're with us on our journey, Simon's a great guy, we've gotten to know each other quite well speaking every couple of weeks on Skype, and almost daily on IM. 

I hope you're able to support us on our project - the end goal of which is to turn our web comic into a printed graphic novel, we're all really working hard to achieve this.
